Terms
1. Customer needs to pay a three-month deposit as a deposit for hardware, when customer returns all the hardware we will return all the deposit to customer.
2. We will not charge the customer for hardware installation fee, but customer will be required to pay the staff and the transportation costs. Usually in a few hundred dollars, depending on customer location.
3. If the hardware damage is man-caused, the customer needs to pay for the hardware repair costs. If it is not man-caused, we will directly replace the hardware for our customer.
4. If you have more than 150 items in the menu, the company will charge a $ 600 data input fee.
5. Although internet interruption will not affect the daily operation of SmartOrder, but SmartOrder must be used with the Internet.
6. Conduit & wiring is not included with the price.
